What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
Once you request your appointment online, hang tight. You’ll hear back within 24 hours with a confirmation, or I'll reach out if anything needs adjusting. Before you come in, give your hair a good wash within 12 hours of your appointment (clean hair helps us get the best results). You’ll get a text and email reminder 72 hours before your visit with all the details including exactly where to find the studio tucked inside Sola Salons. No guesswork, no stress.
The Day Of
When you arrive, we’ll start with a laid-back, in-depth consultation to talk through your hair goals, lifestyle, and what you’re hoping to walk out feeling like. I value honest, open communication. There are no wrong answers here, just the information I need to create hair that’s truly customized to you.
From there, it’s all about you! Cozy vibes, good energy, and a space where you can chat it up or just quietly relax. Snacks and drinks are always on hand, so settle in. Whether you’re here to unwind, vent, or just vibe in peace this is your time.

Color appointments typically run 2–4 hours depending on your desired end result, so settle in and make yourself at home. You’re welcome to bring a book, plug in your favorite playlist or browse the studio library. You can borrow a book, take one home, or leave a favorite behind for someone else to discover.
After Goodbye
To keep your color looking its best, avoid washing your hair for at least 24 hours and steer clear of chlorine and salt water if you can. This gives everything time to settle in and do its thing.
Great hair comes from honest conversation, so if something doesn’t feel quite right once you’ve lived in it for a bit, don’t hesitate to reach out. I offer a 7-day adjustment window. No stress, no awkwardness. Just open communication and a commitment to making sure you love your hair.
