Studio Policies
At Wild Roots, I thrive on providing each and every guest with the best possible service I can offer. This is why I have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their personalized experience.
All new color guests require a digital consultation prior to booking. (Takes 5-7 minutes)
48-hour cancelation policy - All appointments canceled within 48 hours are subject to a cancelation fee of 50% of all services scheduled.
Late policy - Appointments beginning later than 20 mins after original appointment time are subject to rescheduling and cancelation fee.

Open Communication Policy- If at any point within 7 days after your appointment you feel unhappy with your hair, the door is open to communicate to Carlie you'd like a re-do.
